Does anyone know the scoop on this guit? The only diff. between OO and deep body is the deep B. is 1/2 " deeper. Is the bracing different than OO? This is the only style that I am aware of that has a 'deep body' model. |

don't know but suspect that the bracing is just typicl OO bracing with maybe some heaver side braces if anything. |

Bracing has to do with scale length not body depth. Most "deep bodies" are usually dred depth. Other than that it is the same as the shallower bodies john hall |

The Gibson Nick Lucas Special is built that way. An L-00 with a deeper lower bout. |

But why did they do it for OO and not others. Do they feel that the OO needs more bass? |

I think Nick Lucas asked for it that way. |
